Accessible Transportation

At El Dorado Airport, the terminals have designated blue zones for dropping off and picking up passengers. These areas are equipped with ramps that facilitate the use of wheelchairs.

For safety reasons, airport staff are not authorized to assist with transfers from these drop-off zones to the check-in area, nor to carry out transfers between vehicles and wheelchairs. We recommend coming accompanied by a family member or caregiver if you need support on these routes.
