Did you lose something at the airport?

If during your stay at El Dorado International Airport you lost a personal item, you can contact the Lost Items Office by writing to objetosperdidosyolvidados@eldorado.aero.

Items recovered within the airport are kept for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of the report. You can claim them by presenting a copy of your ID.

If you cannot attend in person, you can authorize a third party with a signed letter, a detailed description of the item (including date, place of loss, and characteristics), and copies of the ID documents of the owner and the authorized person.

Important:

• For security reasons, we do not ship lost items.
• If the item was left on an aircraft, you must contact the corresponding airline directly.
