Lost items

If during your stay at El Dorado International Airport you lost any of your personal belongings, you can contact the Lost and Found office at the phone number +57 (601) 439 7070 Ext. 5112 or write to the email [email protected]. Please note that the office is open from Monday to Sunday, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. You can find the Lost and Found office on the second floor of the public hall, in front of door 5, entering through the Colombia Migration corridor.
