El Dorado Airport has two information points:
- Located in Terminal 1, on the 2nd floor between gates 4 and 5.
- Located in Terminal 2, on the western side of gate 3 or the main gate.
Counter
Counter adapted for assisting individuals of short stature or wheelchair users.
Sign Language
Online translation of Colombian Sign Language through the SERVIR platform by FENASCOL.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchair loan service for exclusive use in public areas of the passenger terminals. To access the boarding gates, you must request wheelchair service directly from the airline you are traveling with.
