El Dorado Airport Accredited for Excellent Traveler Experience and Service

This accreditation was awarded by the Airports Council International (ACI) and it means that EL Dorado has adopted a proactive approach towards the client’s satisfaction by implementing operative policies, programs and practices that ensure an exceptional standard in customer service. 

 

Bogotá, March 7, 2024 El Dorado International Airport has been awarded Level 1 Accreditation in Airport Customer Experience by the Airports Council International (ACI). This new recognition represents a significant achievement and reflects El Dorado's ongoing commitment to excellence in customer service and continuous improvement of its quality standards. 

Natalí Leal, Opain General Manager, emphasized that this achievement reflects the commitment and dedication of the companies and entities working at El Dorado, serving the 40 million passengers who transit annually through the Colombian airport.
