Auto Check-in
Travelers can generate their boarding pass directly at the contactless self check-in kiosks located in the national and international areas of El Dorado.
Self Bag Drop
El Dorado offers travelers the self-service bag check located in the national area (AV / LA).
Pre-Security Gates
We have improved the experience for our travelers with an efficient system for fast boarding pass scanning, avoiding the need to hand over physical documents. We have 34 pre-security gates and 5 gates dedicated to people with reduced mobility (PRM) distributed as follows:
- 13 gates at international piers A and B + 2 PRM
- 6 gates at national pier C + 1 PRM
- 15 gates at national pier D + 2 PRM
Parking
The first phase of system upgrades has begun, including new self-service pay stations and barriers to reduce contact with surfaces.
Exit Control Gates
Installed in the national flight arrivals area to enhance security and passenger flow.
