Pet Relief

We are a pet-friendly airport! We want pets and their caregivers to have a memorable experience when traveling through El Dorado. Currently, we have 7 pet restrooms designed to provide comfort and meet the needs of your furry friends. These spaces are equipped with real grass, plastic bags, a water hose, and a litter box for cats.

Usage recommendations for dogs:

• Let your dog freely sniff the grass.
• Pick up your pet's waste with a bag.
• Dispose of the bag in the trash can and use the hose to clean the area.

Usage recommendations for cats:

• Familiarize your cat with the area and the litter box.
• Pick up your pet's waste using the scoop.
• Dispose of the bag in the trash can.

• Second floor, public hall, entering through door 1 next to the chapel.
• Second floor, public hall, in front of the entrance to pier D.
• National Pier C, after security checkpoints.
• National Pier D, in front of gate D5.
• International Pier A, in front of gate A12.
• International Arrivals, Pier B, mezzanine before connections.
• Domestic Arrivals, Pier C, mezzanine before baggage claim.
• Domestic Arrivals, Pier D, mezzanine before baggage claim.
• Outdoor area, in front of ICA offices.
