El Dorado committed to its passengers
March 21, 2020
Bogotá, March 21. El Dorado continues to understand the situation of international travelers who are waiting for their flights to return to their home country, and is advancing with the implementation of various measures to make their transit through the airport safer and more comfortable, taking into account the situation that airports worldwide are facing.
Since yesterday, international passengers have been receiving food and beverages from partner brands such as Wing Stop, Presto, Katyos, Archies, Kokoriko, Oma, Dunkin Donuts, Leños, and Burger King.
Likewise, voluntary members of the airport community have joined this great cause, such as a flight attendant who brought food to share with some passengers.
In addition, rest areas have been set up in public areas and waiting rooms of the terminal. These spaces have 224 portable beds that are disinfected every 5 hours so that passengers can rest while resolving their situation.
Passengers who wish to enter the rest areas will be screened by personnel from the Colombian Red Cross, who will take their temperature and conduct an interview regarding symptoms, allowing them to ensure that no passenger is at risk of contagion. Once they enter the rest area, water is provided to them.
In this way, El Dorado continues to work with the support of a team of professionals dedicated minute by minute to attending to all passengers and terminal users in the management, control, and prevention of COVID-19.
Opain thanks its collaborators

In this regard, the concession reaffirms its commitment to them.
For you, for our families, and for Colombia, let's protect ourselves from COVID-19!
